Scope and contents
Part of the title has been taken from the inscription from the original 'Newsfilm air express' box. The full inscription on the back reads: 'Film of laying Foundation Stone by [N.E.M?]'. The box includes a label with: 'Menzies' on it. The box is addressed to 'Mr. R. A. Chapman, Secretary R. A. C. S., Spring St, Melbourne', but this information has been crossed through in pen. The reel and box are now housed separately for long term preservation.
