Series 6: Audio-visual material, circa 1940-2005

Series 6 holds a collection of 16 mm films that contain home movies from various social events and holidays. Some of the films have their original packaging, occasionally with inscriptions present, but often without any written information about the content of the film. They date from around the late 1940s to mid to late 1950s. There is also an open reel audio tape and two later professionally produced items, a video and a DVD from the around the 1990s.
