The house is Pelican design by Robin Boyd. The drawing are very damaged, however overall layout of garden is able to be observed and subsequent area plans explain resolved details of planting, paving etc. A predominantly Australian native scheme adjacent what appears to be a cypress hedge defining edge of property.
