Business has been settled, after final decision from home it will be time to close all the accounts of the Association. Sheep in good order. Lambing in other parts of the colony unfavourable. Not been able to sell "Noble Farm". Lord Glenelg on Port Phillip.

Property of Mercer's put up for sale but no bids. Eventually sold to Mr. Clarke. Sheep and cattle. Had two letters from Mercer's son George. Notes son seems to like the idle life of a squatter.
