SAP arrests at demonstrations., 1995 - 1998

File containing chronological lists of 'activities' or 'action types' of arrests, court cases and legal events. There are many hand-written notes and observations on actions and arrests, however, few of these notes are signed. Included is a news release relating to Shirley Shackleton appearing in court on 12 February, 1998, on a charge of resisting arrest. Photographs of the incident with the flare, which occured at Albert Park on 8 March, 1997, are housed in an album at Box 62/163. A photograph of Senior Sergeant Andrews taken whilst yellow gums were being cleared at Bannockburn in September, 1997, is in an album at Box 62/194.
