Newscuttings [Col. Francis P. Serong, one of Australian team training Vietnam troops in guerilla warfare, left the army early 1965, and was seconded by the U.S. Government for service with the U.S. Economic Mssion in South Vietnam to train police and local defence forces. Papers by Serong (now Brigadier) on the situation;
