Correspondence with, and reports from, Frank Mount, South East Asian Correspondent of “News Weekly”, 5 Riversdale Road, Hawthorn. Reports are edited (passages cut out, etc.) He reports on Thailand, Laos, Ceylon, Philippines, Hong Kong etc. In 1968 he was sent to Vietnam by “News Weekly” as a correspondent (E.S. Madden, Ed., 30 May 1968, to Office of Information, N.A.C.V., A.P.O., San Francisco).

Correspondence is grouped: Letters, 1967, and Letters 1968, 1969 (correspondence chiefly with Dorothy Jensen but also B.A.S.); the latter group of letters (to 31 July 1969 includes letters of introduction and report on the Philippines, headed Pacific Institute.
