Contains the continuation of the 'Minutes' section from a file relating to Marion's role on the House Committee for Cottage by the Sea, Queenscliff, housed in the previous folder (BOX 49/1). The 'Minutes' section is not in chronological order and this folder contains agendas and minutes from 1985-1986 and 1990-1991. Also included are building and grounds maintenance schedules, business cards for tradesmen, and two photographs of buildings at the Cottage (1988).
