Inverted L-shaped plan, with M-shaped roof, on block plan showing landscaping. Ground level carport in foot of L, workshop, laundry, study, entry, stairs to upper level, study, dressing room and bedroom at front. First floor living room and dining room in foot of L, with deck off living room.

Plan of upper level and ground level. Scheme for octagonal plan on cables with carport at ground level, eight cable bases and one central structure, stairs at front to upper level entry deck and hall. A deck opens off the central open area. On the left is the living room, on the right the dining room and kitchen. On the left of the hall is the bedroom dressing room and bathroom.

Plans and elevation. Scheme for a square house, with ground and upper level, set at the diagonal on block. Entrance court, car port and large paved are at ground level. Upper level has circular stairs to central paved area, to right hand half of the square is living room and dining area and long deck. On the left is the kitchen, bathroom, study, bedroom and dressing room. Still cantilevered from cables.
