Pavilion style, east pavilion with master bedroom, girls’ bedroom, boys’ bedroom and sleep out, joined to west pavilion by corridor with bath, toilet, laundry. West pavilion contains, kitchen, separate dining room and living room and entry. Court yard off the corridor and a service area. The elevation shows the segmental truss roof construction.
