Plan. Two wings connected by a passage at the top to form an open rectangular space between them. At left there aret 2 wards and a nursery off a passage which links to the existing building. The right hand wing contains an operating theatre, sterilizer room, x-ray and dark room of a passage. The wings have large overhanging eaves.

Plan side and end elevations. Square plan shows living room, laundry, kitchen and broadcasting area. Store over, corporate identification sign and tower.

Amended working drawing. Amendment 30.10.56. Plan, block plan, 2 sections and four elevations. Rectangular building with long steeply sloping eaves over two timber decks on both long sides. Living room at the north or front of the site, kitchen bathroom, two bedrooms and extra room at rear.

Extensions the living room to the north, roof over the entry porch. The extra room at the rear becomes and extended master bedroom with ensuite and study and a separate laundry to go on the desk next to the garage.

Amended 5.8.68, and 15.10.68. Additional extensions, a carport to the right of the entry porch, living room extended to the east, and the study off the master bedroom becomes a closet.
