Menu sheets for June list the Chef de Cuisine as Iain Hewitson. 14th menu sheet titled 'Cafe Lyonnais' at very top of sheet (only bottom parts of lettering visible), also suggesting it was a "Clichy" menu, with Chef de Cuisine listed as Xavier Robinson. The last menu sheet has a 7-digit phone number whereas those dated [19]81 have a 6-digit phone number.
