House for W. Baxter Esq. Lot 4 Ferntree Gully Road, Oakleigh. Pavilion style house. Front pavilion living room 2, joined by gallery containing bathroom and small bedroom to back pavilion with living room 1 dining room and kitchen. The so called bow-string or segmental truss arched roof made from hardwood, 2 x 1 timber [?]. Interesting screens.
