"Yulgibar", Grafton, New South Wales, for Mr and Mrs S.B. Myer, 1965-1986

The original castle was built by Edward David Stewart Olgivie in 1863 and later owned by Sam Hordern. After the building had fallen into disrepair, Guilford Bell undertook the restoration from 1965 to1967 for current owners Sarah and Baillieu Myer. The collection of drawings includes a plan and elevation showing the demolition of upper storey of the roiginal building and the towers, except for one at the rear.
