Asking Barry if it is the intention of the Trustees of the Fine Arts Exhibition to give a pecuniary reward to the Society for its services rendered at the Exhibition. On the back is Barry's draft of his reply, offering payment in the form of music. Includes an enclosed incomplete copy of Barry's reply, dated 7 August, 1869, with his corrections. (1 page and enclosure)
