Addressed, 600 miles from Galle from Aden to Australia. Surprise at hearing that James intends to break up the family estate for repayment of debts. He is retaining Council to appear for him in order that, in a division of the estate, the interests of his brother William and nephew, Robert Bury, will be protecteed. (4 pages)
