General note

Addressed, University of Melbourne. Received his letter of the seventh. Hopes he does not regard the verbal communication from the Registrar as the decision taken by the Council in this case.

By this time he should have received an official letter.

The charges he laid against one of the examiners cannot be sustained. Asks him to direct the Registrar to remove his name from the university books. Barry has no power to order the return of monies paid to the university. Only the Council can do this. (4 pages. Draft)
