Received two letters from him informing Barry that money voted by Council for work on the grounds expended, and that most of the sum for furniture expended too. Feels that this matter requires further attention due to the censure passed onto the Buildings Committee by the Finance Committee.

The Council above has the power to discipline and control committees and members, but could not record in writing such serious allegations concerning "improvement expenditure".

Asks him to bring the matter before the Council if he feels anything is really wrong. (3 pages. Draft)
