Re Childers' letter of 25 June on his communication with Mr. Duffy which Barry feels must be disclosed to the Trustees.

Macarthur handicapped by an accident. Informed Chief Justice and Sir James Palmer about Childers' letter.

The Trustees asked Sir Francis Murphy to be a Trustee in Childers' place.

Sorry to hear that the Trustees more indebted to Mr. Waters than had been believed.

Writing to Mr. July (?) asking him to settle the claim.

The Trustees decided not to accept Mr. Wyon's second offer.
