Subseries 8: Yellow Ribbon Awards., 1996 - 2001

The Yellow Ribbon Awards were citations delivered to selected members at the SAP monthly meetings from ca. November, 1996, to April, 2001. The award was designed to recognise a member who was deemed to have added significantly to the advancement of the campaign, by performing deeds of an extraordinary nature or by their ideas.

Members were invited to submit names of suggested recipients to the Council. Alan Cassell wrote and created the citation and presented the award.

The idea of the Yellow Ribbon Awards was conceived by Colin Smith.
