Contains computer printouts of names of individuals, addresses and numbers with notes sometimes beside e.g. “Said will vote”, “Had Voted”,” Didn’t receive ballot paper”, etc. The individuals appear under the name of the “shop” where they work (i.e. firm or organization) under general heading “Organiser’s Listing of membership by shop/Department”. There are also reports handwritten by the person who visited individuals, Mary Ryan’s “Report on Canvassing for Ironworkers’ Union Election, 30 Nov. 1986, calling on homes.
