The title having been transcribed as well as possible from the front cover and the fragment of the title page, the disintegrated cover has been discarded. Pp. 1 and 2 are damaged; the remainder is legible. Report and Recommendations by Donald McGaw Addison, of Enquiry into the Administration and Management of the Healesville and District Hospital… to contruct …and the disposal of such components” [remainder of title illegible], Caulfield, 1962. With the Report is The Healesville Hospital Story, by F.J. Hill which gives the background to the Enquiry. This too is damaged by damp and mould, though not to the same extent. Part of the last two pages (125/6) is missing.
