Includes grouped items: P. of V. on A.B.C. 1968-1970 (texts); Correspondence, Memos etc., 1970 (chiefly “that used in A.B.C. statement June 1970. J.D’C”). The correspondence, from Joan D’Cruz to S. Lipski, Dobie, R.Evans, Samuel, Knopfelmacher, R. Krygier, N. Rosenthal “on behalf of Mr. Santamaria”, asking for or acknowledging information to assist in preparing a study of the A.B.C. with particular emphasis on bias and unbalanced reporting. The letter to Rosenthal refers in particular to “the famous ‘R.S.L.’ edition of Four Corners in which an interview with him on the abolition of the ‘White Australia’ policy was edited out”; memo J. D’Cruz to B.A.S.; letter Ray Evans to Mrs. D’Cruz, with annotations in red, 6 pp. ms.; Arthus Norman Smith Memorial Lecture in Journalism, 1968, “The Information Jungle”, W.S.
