Rural Life Correspondence., 1980-1983

Wild’s correspondence with subscribers, and intending subscribers; Michael Kelly, S.J. concerning missing copies of “Rural Life” including his letter to Margaret Healy, Camber well, 13 Dec. 1980 regretting that he cannot help – his last memory of the papers at NCC headquarters in Queensberry St.” G.R. Fallon, Wulagi, N.T., 9 Sept. 1981, complains to the editor of the lack of news in the August issue. The University of Queensland Serials Librarian asks if the last issue received is the latest (No.3, 1981); Wild replies that he cannot supply further copies, publication having ceased since 1982. W.F. Masterson, S.J., Xavier University, the Philippines, 19 April 1983 asks for a representative to come to the Philippines to discuss the feasibility and advisability of establishing an Asian Secretariat of the International Catholic Rural Association, an idea only recently approved to the discussion stage; Wild’s reply: “Rural Life” ceased publication in 1981 (sic).
