Statements, balance sheets, auditor’s report 1948-9; letter from A.N.S.C.A. (unsigned), 12 July 1950, to the Assistant National Secretary, N.C.R.M., concerning the audit and disclosure of a deficiency, and the Episcopal Committee on Catholic Action’s resolution empowering the Secretariat to set a central book-keeping system to enable it to maintain supervision over the various movements and enclosing letters from Mr. Sweeny embodying recommendations concerning financial management (not here). Recommendations to be carried out: Crowe to be financial adviser to the Secretariat in honorary capacity; Paul Duffy under Crowe’s supervision in finance to be central accounts clerk.
