Report of chaplains’ meeting at National Convention, 26 June 1969; W.A. Pooley to Wild, 24 Feb. 1969, re resignation; correspondence with Fr. Connell, 1970 and Connell’s intention to resign in August 1973; Wild’s correspondence with Fr. Markey. Inter alia, W.E. Crowe’s memorandum noting the N.C.C. decision that from 1 July 1960, Rev. R. Markey should receive an honorarium of 100 pounds p.a. in recognition of his work for the Tape Recording Library (long hours of technical work, car expenditures etc.) payment to be shared equally by the N.C.R.M. and the N.C.C. Correspondence on this and other matters. Bishop F.P. Carroll, of Wagga Wagga, 5 May 1975, informing Wild that following Fr. Connell’s resignation no full-time or even part-time chaplain is likely to be available; message from John McLaurin concerning Fr. F. Bell, Albury, with letter Wild to Bell, 11 June 1975, reinforcing Mrs. Joan McLaurin’s approach about the position of National Chaplain; list of priests with address and one dollar typed beside each.
