Roneoed papers on this subject, 1966; Paul Wild’s correspondence of 1973 related to donations towards “house kits” in the Philippines, following a talk by Bishop Gaviola at the Eucharistic Congress in the Philippines on the needs of the squatters. From November 1974 correspondence deals chiefly with the sale of illustrated cards in aid of the Don Bosco Technical Institute for poor boys in New Delhi, run by D.K. Diamond, S.D.B.; news of Raymond Ip, the medical student assisted at Hong Kong from Fr. Markey, 20 Nov. 1975; For Those Who Have Less (L.S. Reid) to Wild, 1 Dec. 1975, concerning appeal for dairy cattle for Bangladesh and India; newscutting, Southern ?Cross, 27 Jan. 1976 (Bro. Lynch and students packing books for New Delhi); “the Challenge of Poverty” (background address on India aid); letters re donations from the Axe Creek group for Diamond’s work in the fund for a technical student; etc..
