Marked F10/NCRM. Constitution approved by the 16th National Convention, 26 April 1956, with notes (“How to organize a Regional Council”), minutes of the Wagga Regional Council meeting n.d. (1954); and other papers pinned together with note “Opening of New Groups: Kit of Basic Material”. Also, Provisional Constitution to operate until 1956 Convention, under ruling given by Episcopal Chairman, March 1955.

Constitution of the N.C.R.M. approved by the 16th National Convention, 26 April 1956 and subsequently amended up to 24 June 1960.
