Draft programme (B.A.S. to give address “The N.C.R.M. in 1959/60”), notices; paper noting that the Convention marked B.A.S.‘s retirement as National Secretary which “will enable him to concentrate his full attention on the Presidency of the National Civic Council, and on the struggle against Communism in the political and industrial life of the nation …after three years of active administration as Assistant Secretary, Mr. W.E.Crowe was fully equipped to assume the responsibilities of National Secretary.
