Scope and contents

An account sent for supplies for Port Phillip Company. Swanston asked to deposit, in favour of other investors, more money. Swanston informed of latest despatch of stores organized by Batman. Transactions have taken place in England, "which were rather unceremonious towards the proprietors here". A public meeting has been arranged on 18 [November?], for tem to air their views.
