Scope and contents

Comprises portraits, some mounted, of Walter, Helena and Angela Cass ; Ida May Whitney, 1882 ; George Rous, 3rd Earl of Stradbroke, Governor of Victoria, 1926 ; and unidentified subjects. Includes (BOX 42/1) a studio portrait by Alice Mills of Walter and Helena Cass, Melbourne, 1917. Also, photographs of Delhi Durbar, 12 December 1911 ; Sir Ross Smith Reception Committee standing in front of an aeroplane, 24 February 1920 ; Mayor of Geelong receiving the Duke and Duchess of York, 1927 ; and two signed reproductions of World War I paintings by Arthur Streeton.
