Arranged alphabetically by the first letter of the child’s surname. Within each letter grouping, entries are listed chronologically by date of admission. Entries include date of admission; name; age at time of admission; date and place of birth; father’s Christian name; date and place of father’s birth and death; mother’s maiden name; date and place of mother’s birth and death; names and addresses of nearest living relatives; number and ages of siblings; and date of removal. This volume functions as a name index to the case files listed chronologically below. Use typed transcript at Box 54 in preference to the original.
